Principle analysis and solution of two-step bottle blowing process

Now, the high-end bottles on the market are usually made by two-step blowing, so mingsiyi is divided into two steps, also known as injection and drawing blowing, that is, first injection molding the bottle embryo, and then use the bottle embryo to blow the bottle.




The quality of bottle embryo is very important because it is used to process blown bottle. "A skillful woman can't cook without rice". Without good rice, of course, it's not easy to make good rice. In the same way, it's difficult to blow out good bottles if the bottle embryo is not good.




There are usually several problems in the process of bottle blowing. Blow to break the bottle, gather material at the bottom, incorrect bottom, thin bottle body, white bottle, etc. How to distinguish between blow problem and bottle embryo problem. Now we analyze the different conditions of blowing out the bottle;




I. reasons for bottle blowing:




1. The embryo tube is not heated enough and not fully baked;




2. The tensile rod is not pulled in place (to the bottom);




3. The speed of extension rod is too slow;




4. The temperature protection is turned on, but the upper and lower limit temperatures are set too high.




terms of settlement:




1. Increase the voltage when the output is constant. When the voltage is constant, the output is reduced, that is to say, the time of secondary blowing is prolonged.




2. Exhaust after closing the mold, push the stretching rod to the bottom of the mold to contact with the bottom of the mold, and tighten the limit nut. (mechanical limit cylinder adjustment only).




3. Adjust the throttle valve on the stretching cylinder to the maximum.




4. Lower the lower limit temperature. Generally, the PET bottle embryo is set at 85-95 degrees, and the upper limit can be set at 125-130 degrees.




2. Bottom aggregate, that is to say, the bottom has thick aggregate:




1. Generally, the delay blowing time is too long, or the one-time blowing time is too long;




2. The bottom of the bottle embryo is not baked soft, and the temperature difference with other positions is large.




terms of settlement:




1. Reduce the time of delay air blowing, the general dosage is about 0.3 seconds, which can be increased or decreased according to the bottle condition.




2. Pinch the embryo tube by hand to see if the bottom is still very hard. If so, increase the voltage of the corresponding bottom lamp.




III. causes of bottom error:




1. The speed of extension rod is too slow;




2. Insufficient time for delayed blowing;




3. The eccentricity of bottle embryo is serious.




terms of settlement:




1. Adjust the throttle valve on the stretching cylinder to the maximum;




2. Lengthen the delay blowing time;




3. Measure the eccentricity of embryo tube. When the eccentricity is large, the tube will bend when the temperature is increased to a certain extent;




4. Including temperature protection.




IV. reasons for the thin bottle body:




1. If the water port at the bottom of the bottle is in the middle, the eccentric of the embryo tube may be larger, or it may follow the cooling water of the injection mold




Tao has something to do with it. The cooling is uneven.




2. There are some places in the embryo base that do not rotate.




terms of settlement:




1. Change another cavity tube for test, change the injection mold or change the injection process.




2. Check whether there is any embryo base that does not rotate. If found, adjust the rotation chain to all embryos in the heating area




The seats all turn.




V. bottle whitening reason:




1. The voltage is too high, and the bottle body or part is ceramic white.




2. The voltage is not enough, resulting in incomplete baking. The whole body or part of the bottle is pearl white. Decrease if voltage is too high




Voltage. If the voltage is too low, increase the voltage.




Vi. for the machine with two cavities, the time for pulling the two stretching rods to the bottom shall be adjusted to be the same




This can be adjusted on the throttle valve. Under the condition that the quality of the bottle embryo is qualified and stable, how to adjust can be determined from the different conditions of the two bottles blown out.




1. One bottle in cavity a blows well, and the bottle in cavity B blows broken. Maybe the stretching rod in cavity B is relatively slow, and the size of cavity B is adjustable

2. Each bottle in cavity a blows well, and the bottom of bottle in cavity B gathers materials, which means that the stretching rod speed in cavity B is too fast




Reduce the throttle valve of b-chamber stretching cylinder.




7. Identify the cause of the problem, blow broken bottle, eccentricity or other problems according to different conditions of the bottle




Check some or all bottles with the same problem to see if they have the same blowing cavity number or the same injection cavity number, whether they are in the same position of the injection cavity or in the same position of the blowing cavity. If they are in the same position of the injection cavity, for example, if they have problems with No. 2 embryo tube every time, it means that there is a problem with No. 2 embryo tube. If they have problems with No. 2 blowing cavity every time, they should start from No. 2 To find out the difference between No. 2 cavity mold and other blowing cavity. See if each defective product has common characteristics. From these common points to find and distinguish exactly what is the problem. And then we need to solve the problem.
