Can carbon fiber heating tube be used in automatic bottle blowing machine?

Plastic bottles have been widely used in all walks of life. All infrared heating tubes have the advantages of acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, starting speed, low thermal inertia and so on.




Secondly, the difference between the two heating wires: the heating wire material, the infrared heating tube is tungsten wire, the carbon fiber heating tube is carbon fiber, carbon fiber is a new type of material which has been developed in recent 10 years, because of its excellent physical and chemical properties, it is widely used in various fields. The biggest advantage of carbon fiber over tungsten fiber is that under the protection of inert gas or vacuum environment, the physical properties of carbon fiber are very stable, which is more than n times of tungsten fiber. It can be said that as long as the vacuum environment is not damaged, carbon fiber heating wire can work all the time. This advantage can not be pursued by tungsten wire.
